Registration and placing an order for the "DPO Trial" plan

You can try our managed service "Data protection officer Allaw" for 14 days free of charge (hereinafter referred to as the "DPO Trial"). Click here and order the "DPO Trial" plan. To confirm the order, you need the data of your company, which will be provided with the data protection officer service, and the order must be placed from a company, not a personal email address (why? read here)

How the "DPO Trial" plan works

When you register and we confirm your order for the "DAP Trial" plan, you will immediately:

  • receive recommendations that will include your next steps after ordering the service (required notifications, etc.),
  • receive links to documents related to the service for download (questionnaires, forms, samples),
  • receive access to the DPO.lt ServiceDesk (in English) or eDap.lt portal (in Lithuanian) for 14 days.

Questions for the data protection officer

Using DPO.lt ServiceDesk (in English) /eDap.lt (in Lithuanian), you can ask the data protection officer any questions you may have. By logging in to DPO/eDap.lt during the trial period, you can submit any request to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in the service catalog under the “General Requests” category (see image below). The DPO will respond to your request free of charge within its competence. When the trial period ends, we will send you an e-mail. You can then choose a plan and pay by bank transfer to continue using the service. If you decide not to continue, your account will be temporarily suspended.

For more information, please see the DAi.lt knowledge base guideline: I want to create a request and send it to the data protection officer (in Lithuanian only).
