Everyone who subscribes to Allaw services gains access to the Allaw customer service portal, which is indicated when sending a notification about the activated service. For example, if you have ordered the managed service "Data Protection Officer Allaw", then you should submit your requests to the data protection officer by logging in to the DPO customer service portal eDap.lt (in Lithuanian) or DPO.lt (in English).

How to find out your password for logging in to the eDap.lt / DPO.lt portal
You can get your eDap.lt / DPO.lt portal user password by submitting a request to the Allaw technical support service here. You can also create a password yourself by following these steps:
- Click on the "Log in" inscription in the top right corner of the eDap.lt portal.
- In the window that opens, click on the "Forgot your password" button?
- In the window that opens, enter your username.
- Your password will be sent you via email.
