Who needs the Customer Accounting Portal?

The Customer Accounting Portal is intended for representatives of the Company of the Customer of ALLAW services who wish to receive and pay for external, ALLAW data protection officer or other services. In most cases Customer Accounting Portal is used by accountants of our Customers. The Customer Accounting Portal allows you to:
- View the Allaw service transfer and acceptance deeds submitted to the Customer Company, ALLAW VAT ​​invoices issued, payments made, and debts in one place.
- View the history and make payments using secure payment methods.
- Evaluate the services received and provide feedback on them.
 
In case of any doubts, you can comment on the received service transfer and acceptance act, VAT invoice, or send another message to the ALLAW contact person on the Customer Accounting Portal itself.

How to log in to the Customer Accounting Portal? (Restricted)

Client Portal or Accounting Portal

In Customer Accounting Portal you can only see already issued invoices for already ordered services. Yet you can not order new services or service addons there in the Customer Accounting Portal. For the purpose of ordering new services you should use Client Portal instead.
